Refund and Returns Policy

This policy governs all purchases made on the Liaison West Distribution, Inc. website, accessible at (http://www.liaisonwest.com). We urge you to familiarize yourself with this Refund and Returns Policy thoroughly. By placing an order for any of our products, you signify that you have reviewed and fully agree with the terms outlined here. If you disagree or cannot fully comply with these terms, please abstain from placing an order with us.

 

Returns
  1. You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your products. This applies to any reason, including a change of mind. You must notify us officially in writing via email or post within this 7-day period.
  2. Before returning any product(s), make sure to adhere to the following conditions:
  3. The product(s) must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
  4. You bear the responsibility for the return shipping costs, unless the product(s) are damaged.
  5. Products valued over $50 should be shipped using a trackable service or with shipping insurance.
  6. Ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage or loss of components during transit. If we receive products that cannot be resold as new, the refund amount may be reduced.
Exceptions to Returns
  1. We reserve the right to refuse returns under the following circumstances:
  2. The product(s) have been opened, damaged, altered, or customized.
  3. The product(s) are not in the same condition as delivered
  4. It is your responsibility to maintain the product(s) intended for return in an unopened and pristine state while in your possession.
Refunds
  1. To be eligible for a full refund, product(s) must be unopened, in their original packaging, complete, resealable, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase at Liaison West Distribution Inc, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days. In cases involving currency exchange, the refund will be issued in the currency used during the initial payment. Liaison West is not liable for any loss or gain resulting from fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the refund issuance.
 Late or Missing Refunds
  1. If you have not received a refund within 14 days of receiving notification of the refund issuance, we recommend taking the following steps:
    1.  Check your bank account once more.
    2. Contact your bank or credit card company. If after taking these steps you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us.
